WHAT IS THE MINIMUM HIRE PERIOD?

4 weeks is the minimum hire period, We usually include an additional 2 weeks free to make sure your properties' entire campaign is covered.

 

WHAT IS THE COST OF PROPERTY STYLING?

We offer free in home quotes!

Prices will vary depending on your property size and number of bedrooms, living and outdoor spaces. Get in touch and we will be able to guide you further once we have all information.

The Design Haus specialise in styling empty properties, as we believe this is how we can get the most out of your property for buyer appeal. We have an understanding of the property market, current trends and your potential buyers.​ We use high quality furniture and accessories and keep up to date with trends to maximise your property's aesthetic appeal.

CAN I USE SOME OF MY OWN FURNITURE?

We do offer a partial styling service which will compliment your existing decor with designer pieces from our curated collection.

Payment is required 48 hours prior to install to secure the booking & stock.
